Invitation to 6. Stubble Cup Long Distance Casting on 11.08.2018
With pleasure Baltic Surfcasting Club invites tot he already 6th Stubble Cup form en, women, and children in Ostermade on 11. August 2018.
Casting will be done following international rules, including line diameters (50, 75 and 100 grams: main line 0,25mm, shock leader 0,65mm; 125 grams: 0,28mm / 0,65mm; 150 grams: 0,31mm / 0,75mm; 175 grams: 0,35mm / 0,75mm)
Casting is with free choice of lead (leads will be supplied) according to FIPS rules (men 100, 125, 150 or 175 grams, ladies 100 or 125 grams, children 50 or 75 grams); lead may be changed during th ecompetition, the two longest casts of each caster are taken into account.
Plan:
Until 09:00: Meet on the farm at Ostermader Kamp 2, 23779 Neukirchen, then off to the field, and build up
10:00 to 16:30: casting according tot he above mentioned rules, amount of casts depends on how quick we are, end time may be varied
16:30: price giving
Ab 18:00: nice evening for those who like; depending on weather either bbq in the garden or visit to a near by restaurant
Costs: 5,-€; included are leads, water on the field and, if we are lucky, fruits or cake
Stubble Cup will take place on a cut down wheat field,so please take care shoes and clothes are matching that.
